How to report bugs and incidents

Report bugs or incidents and get the necessary support

Please make sure to sign up for the OneDock community first. Then you can create a new topic explaining the technical issue.

When reporting a bug please include the following information:

  • What is the version of your operating system? Find out here.
  • Which version of OneDock are you using?
  • Which network are you using (company, public, private)?
  • How was your clicking path resulting in the incident?
  • What did you expect to happen and what did happen instead?
  • How often does that incident appear?
